From Flagstaff: Travel
south on I-17 to Camp Verde, Exit 287. Turn off on Hwy 260 and travel
northwest about 8 miles. The preserve is on the right, between mileposts
212 and 211.
From Phoenix: Follow
I-17 north to Hwy 260 and travel northwest about 8 miles. The preserve is
on the right, between mileposts 212 and 211.
From Prescott: Travel
south on Hwy 69 to Dewey, then northeast on Hwy 169 to the I-17 junction.
Take I-17 north to Hwy 260 and travel northwest about 8 miles. The
preserve is on the right, between mileposts 212 and 211.
Note: Hwy 89A from Prescott to Cottonwood is not
recommended. Helpful Hint! Follow signs to Alcantara Vineyard.

Tips for Successful Planning
1.Plan Ahead –
Group Usage is limited at certain times of the year.
2.Campsites are
limited to one unit per campsite and 6 persons and three pets.
4.Rental Units are
limited to 6 persons and two pets.
5.All Campsites
have 30 amp service, 50 Amp site available for groups no larger than
10 sites.
6.Vacation Trailers
are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Linens are
available for rent.
7.Vacation Trailers
are equipped with satellite television service.
8.Free WiFi available at
Family Center Lodge
9.All guests are
welcome to participate in our regularly scheduled activities and
food functions.
10. There are many
fun and interesting area attractions for your guests to visit. |

Verde Valley SUPERHOST RESERVATION POLICY
Year round: Sites, trailers, camping cabins available.
Reservations can be made 365 days out.
A credit card deposit is required on all Superhost Reservations.
Deposit will be 25% of total cost.
Deposits, in full, must be received 30 days
prior to arrival date to maintain reservation.
30 day notice required for refund.
(Please view the superhost agreement for exact contractual wording)
All sites are designated 30 Amps in the A section. 50 Amp sites
(Max 10) available in H section.
Pre-registration of all guests
(i.e. names, addresses, phone #’s etc.) is required.
Wagonmaster is responsible for informing guests of resort rules.
